I left my macbook open and my three year old triplets changed some settings...I managed to get most things back but one thing I can not figure out how to get rid of is a black bubble with a white outline that is describing everything I do...It is making me nutty. As it is doing that there is also a black outline around the section of the page that I am currently working in...as I type the box I am typing in is outlined in black...PLEASE HELP!!! I have attached a picture of what it looks like.

Check in

System Preferences ~> Universal Access ~> Seeing ~> VoiceOver on/off

Sounds like an accidental keyboard combination was activated (⌘F5)

Just for fun, press and hold Control Option Command with your left hand then with your right, press 8, and imagine if your triplets had accidentally triggered that while you weren't looking :)
