While removing a user account on my macbook pro, I force quit because after approximately a 1/2 hour the process seemed unresponsive. I tried to give it a second attempt and the user account i was deleting is gone...
However! I checked the hard drive storage space on the mac and there was still around 50 gig being used (mostly Audio, Apps, and Other).
After doing a little research, while I was writing this message I check again and that size has reduced to 22 gig.
Is the mac finishing the job even though I stopped the process?
If not, how do I clean up the remaining space on the hard drive given that I can't access the the original user account?
