Copy all user files to Thumb Drive

I occasionally visit my sister-in-law. She does not back up her MAC. How can I copy all her files (but not programs etc.) onto a thumb drive I can copy onto my PC

Go to her Home Folder, Select All, Drag and Drop them on the Thumb Drive.

(Might be best to make a Folder on the Thumb Drive to put them in.)
