How to copy the filenames + extension of a folder (and its subfolders)?

Seems like an easy task but I can't find an answer:
I want to send an email with the names of all the files from a folder. And if it has subfolders, I want the path of it and the content.
This is the closest Automator script I have found, but it doesn't copy the filename extension, nor the path location of the main folder.

Hello and welcome.

I have very limited experience with Automator/AppleScript. You could try the folks over at MacScripter. They may be able to lend a hand.
