We are upgrading to Windows 7 at work (boooo). The problem the whole office has are our lesson plans which are all .docm files. These are word documents with macros.
They must all be converted to .docx files.
This is a fairly simple process of opening the .docm files in Word and basically saving them as .docx files.
Not that big of a deal for a few files, but we're talking like a thousand files here.
Can Automator do this for me? If so, can someone please give me a brief general idea of what needs to be done? I'm not real familiar with Automator, but if it's capable of doing this, then I will become familiar with it and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
