Box on screen

Hi
My daughter clicked on lots of buttons and the computer started talking about everything we did. We have managed to switch that off, but a box is now constantly on the screen.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Have a look in:

System Preferences ~> Universal Access ~> "Seeing" Tab

Make sure that in VoiceOver the Off button is blue with a black dot in the centre.
