I recently upgraded my iMac to Snow Leopard and wanted to set up bootcamp, have done so, did a clean install updated all the software and started the Boot Camp assistant, Partitioned the drive and restarted via BC Assistant with my copy of Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (I know it's not offically supposed to work but many people have done it) when I get to the install page I get a screen that looks like this:
