Automator task need help

Dear Mac-Helpers,

I need help to solve a task with Automator.

i have 2 excel sheet one of them with 50 names another with 2000 names so what i need to do is find that 50 names in that big sheet and mark them for a example with letter "x"

what i did already is on the screen shot but don't know how to continue

Is that possible? If yes, very thankful for any advice.

I am not very experienced with Automator/AppleScript. The folks over at MacScripter can probably help you out.
