Automator - rename all track files with sequential numbers

I've never used Automator before so this may be a dumb question, but I can't get it to do what I want it to.

I have a folder called "A" in this folder are 27 other folders labeled 1 through 27. Inside each of these folders are files labeled track 1 through 12. I would like to set up something in Automator to rename all track files with sequential numbers but I can't figure out how to do it. I can't move all the files to one folder because since each file has the same name the finder tries to replace the same named files. Help is greatly appreciated!
