Automator Folder Action, rename files

I have created a folder action to rename all files extensions that go into a certain folder from mp4 to m4v. It works for the root folder but any subfolders it doesn't work, i've added in "Get Folder Contents" and ticked "repeat for each subfolder" but it still doesn't work, any help would be appreciated?
