My password worked previously
I can't sign in to the store. My password is not recognized.
I am also having much trouble with my Contacts app which is being discussed in another forum.
I'm wondering about a virus or a genie.
-Did you ever try signing out and back in to the App Store?
-Did this start after you upgraded to Catalina?
-You could try updating to 10.15.3 Catalina
-Do you have an Apple Store near you?
I contacted Apple and it seems I'm the only one with problems,m - they discounted a genie in the works. It ended up with my having to change my password. Thanks for all your effort (*_*)
