Analogue to Digital Converter for Mac

Wondering if anyone has an opinion regarding best analogue to digital converter (box or PCI card). Have purchased a new Mac Pro and want to convert many old composite VHS -> sVHS tapes to digital format for editing. Thanks for the help!

Thank you for your efforts. After researching which video capturing unit is best for MAC (all price ranges), it became evident (thousands of positive reviews), this was the item I purchased. Nice feature is that it converts to a format that can be incorporated directly into Final Cut Pro. In addition, they have already updated the product to make sure it will be compliant with the new IO requirements. Thanks again!

The capture software outputs in mov format but there is an app supplied that will convert to many other popular formats.
