Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help with a problem I'm having connecting my MacBook Pro to my analogue Toshiba TV. I bought a mini display port to DVI adaptor, and a DVI to video adaptor, and connected this with an s video cable to my TV; but no I get no picture or sound on the TV from the laptop. Any ideas as to where I'm going wrong?
The mini display to DVI adaptor I got is this one -

and the DVI to video adaptor I got is this one -

They connect together fine and then i connect the video cable to the TV and nothing on any channel of the TV...any help to solve this mystery and get the macbook pro connected to the TV would be much appreciated!
