My old 2010 21.5" iMac has trouble running Safari so I bought a 2017 21.5" iMac.
The 2010 mac has a 500gb hdd
The 2017 has a 1gb, HDD.
The 2010 loads a screen in under 40 seconds and Safari can be running in under a minute.
The 2017 Mac takes at least 2.30min. to load a screen & another minute to load Safari.
I get different Startup times on the 2017 Mac....from 2.5 minutes to 4.55 minutes, thats to when the bar disappears.
They are telling me it's Ok and to fit an SSD.
Any ideas?
