14" Macbook Pro M1 2021 not powering on

I last ised it about three weeks ago, put it to sleep and left it in a drawer, disconnected from a power supply. I tried to power it on today but it appears to be dead. The orange light on the magnetic power supply light does not come on when I connect it (I have tested that it works on another Mac) and I have also tried using a USB C power on all three ports to no avail.

I have tried long press hold on power button and also Shift + Control + Option and the power button for ten seconds. Neither works.

Any other suggestions or will I have to make an expensive visit to the Mac repair shop?
