Yikes! Teacher needs help!

I have an iPad that was issued to me using title 1 school funds... My school is closing and I have to turn it in:(. I have apps and music that I have purchased with personal funds that I don't want to lose forever! I have an iPhone and a crappy pc- is there anything I can do to store the music and apps? Should I be reissued an iPad, I want to have the music and apps without paying for them again.

Everything but movies is tied to your AppleID when you purchase another iPad, set it up with the same ID and your Apps and Music will be available for download.
