Weather complications not loading after watchOS 10 update

Ever since I updated to watchOS 10, I've been facing issues with the weather complications on my Apple Watch. I tried multiple weather apps, but none seem to be working properly. Has anyone else encountered this? Any fixes or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I stumbled upon a super simple yet effective fix for this weather complications issue on WatchOS 10.

Just turn off Wi-Fi on your iPhone and force your phone and watch to use cellular data. This little switch allows the weather complication to load properly. It seems like a bug with Wi-Fi connectivity is the culprit. I tried it out, and voila, it worked like a charm!
