Want to chat with Apple Suport - they seem to be offine

I'm trying to set up a chat with Apple Support. It says I need to wait 2 minutes. I've waited 20 minutes. What gives???? Not sweet. Is this normal?

Well, if it's normal for the weekend, you'd think they'd say that, instead of telling me I'd just be waiting 2 minutes. No, I waited for 40 minutes and then threw in the towel. Apple Support is somewhat broken.
