Unable to do Internet Recovery

I have a T2 2190 Macbook Pro, i'm trying to do a macOS install from Internet Recovery.
I keep getting the attached error.
I can't boot from USB my drive is erased so i have no users.
When i run apple diagnostics, no error message everything is fine.

Hi there NKLEE, and welcome to the forum.

It looks like you used to have macOS 10.15.x Catalina installed on your MacBook Pro, and it appears that Apple is no longer offering that version of macOS as an install option.

You have a couple of choices here.

1. You can hold down Option-Command-R at boot. This will connect to the web and install either the latest version of macOS Sequoia, or if your MBP is a 16" it will install the latest version of macOS Tahoe.

2. You can hold down Option-Shift-Command-R at boot. This will connect to the web and install the oldest version that Apple has available for your Mac. This will be an older version of macOS such as macOS 11, 12, 13... You wont know which version untill you run the installer.
