The New World Studio

Hi I'm trying to set up/host an island on The New World Grid. I've downloaded Mono and The New World Studio as per instructions of TNWG page. However I don't know how to run Mono. I need to give an instruction via the Terminal, I think .... but I don't know what All instructions seem to be for PC users, or Macs running Windows
