SOLVED The Long Dark

This is just an FYI: in case anyone plays "The Long Dark", which is a cold weather survival game, you have to set "-force-glcore" in the launch options for the game in Steam or the game will display like a bunch of colored bubbles. Figured that out the other day and thought I'd pass it on.
