Cannot record audio in either Cubase or Garageband. No level. My mic is fine, my firewire console is fine. It seems to be a problem in my PowerBook G4 laptop. I'm on Mac OSX 10.4.11, running Tiger.
In my Audio/Midi set up, it sees my firewire console, and my ASIO driver is also correct. BAsically I am doing everything as usual, except I cannot record audio.
I also tried just using Built-In audio to record, and also nothing happened.
I have not changed any settings. It's so strange.
I really need help - any insights?
