If you haven't used a forum like this before it can be quite hard to always see what's going on. If you want to be kept informed of any new posts then subscribe to the forums that you are interested in.
You can receive an e-mail when new posts have been placed in that forum. You can subscribe to as many forums as you like.
You can turn this feature on and off via your user CP, ( your user control panel )
When you receive an email it will contain a link that you click on, this will take you directly to the new post.
If you don't subscribe to any forums, thats fine, but you should really subscribe to any posts that you make yourself, this way if someone responds to a question that you have asked you will get an email as soon as someone replies.
