Scripts to run in bash/terminal

Does anyone know of a script I can run in my bash/ terminal to prevent hackers from sniffing my network

Hello and welcome.

I don't know of any Terminal command(s) that will prevent that. Normally, you need a hardware/software solution to prevent unauthorized access to your network. The software firewall built-in to macOS/OS X will help with some things. Also, you can review any security settings on your router to help prevent sniffing and close any open ports.
