add this into your bookmarks in Safari or whatever else you like:
feed://www.mac-help.com/forums/external.php?type=rss2
and then goto the Syytem Preferences and select "Desktop and Screensaver" and select screensaver then RSS Visualizer---> then to the right click the options and select Mac Help Forums, and off you go.
This only works in Tiger and only if you have got a high enough spec Video card (memory), if you haven't it won't show up in the list.
I wasn't able to see it on my old PowerBook but it looks really good on the new one !
