I am a teacher and i would like to enter grades etc into a portable device (palmtop, handhelp, ipod touch?) as i walk around the classroom. I have a macbook and an ipod touch, but I also have a £200 budget if I need to buy a portable device. I would ideally like to be able to edit excel (for mac) documents 'on-the-go'. I wonder if there is a tech-superstar out there who can tell me...
a) Which hand-held device (if any) would allow me to edit excel documents and then sync to my mac book?
b) Do I need any additional software?
c) If there is no portable version of excel for mac, is there a similar programme to excel I can use?
