iPhone 12, iOS 17.4.1. When I am in a call, I only see the numbers, and the green phone icon. On the bottom of the screen, there is a Star for Favorites, a Clock for Recents, a Head for Contacts, a Blue Icon icon resembling a keypad for Keypad, and an Icon for Voicemail. If I initiate a call I get the black screen with the choice to use speaker; when on a call I get the white screen with no option to use speaker. I have reset the phone a few times but cannot change this. When on an incoming call I would like to switch to speaker but cannot. Any help please. Thanks all.

When you are on call, to get back to the phone call to place the call on speaker you 1st need to click on the green phone icon on the top left of the screen (Not the Phone app icon). Then click either on Speaker or Audio Options. If you see a keyboard, click on Hide then click on Speaker or Audio Options.
