This started a couple of months ago and seems to be escalating.
Out of the blue my iPhone demanded a 4 digit pin to keep syncing to iCloud. I know for an absolute fact what that pin is. I wrote it down all those years ago and never changed it. That pin is not accepted.
To make matter worse the email addy I used over 10 years ago when I set up my iCloud account does not exist anymore. I used to have a bunch of email and this is one I had not used in years.
So what options do I have? I know the pin I am attempting to use is the right one but Apple has fucked it up somehow and the email I used is dead so????
As as aside I am curious as to why, after well over 10 years of never asking, is Apple demanding a pin from so long ago?
Any suggestions?
