No app menu on secondary screen

I've tried 4 apps ( Numbers, Pages, Photos, Mail) and none show an app menu when moved to a secondary display. I have Sequoia 15.5 installed on a MacBook Pro, with the default 1080p resolution on the secondary display.

Hi Bill, and welcome to the forum.

This is quite easy..

1. Open System Settings
2. Click on Desktop & Dock.
3. Turn on Displays have separate Spaces (2nd item from bottom).

You will need to log out for the setting to take effect.
