Negative display problems

Hi, I am new to Mac, I have just purchased a Mac book pro and somehow I have changed the display settings with out going into the settings menu.
i think I pressed Fn F8 or F10 something like that, the background on safari is black not white and the pictures are all in negative like a negative print.
I have gone through all the setting without any joy can anyone help or have you experienced this before?
