MAC Classic - Unknown Language

I just purchased a MAC Classic
Made in Singapore
Model M1420

It runs in some unknown ( to me ) language.
It is running Finder J1-6.1.7 and System J1-6.0.7

I don't know what language it is running but I would prefer English.

How do I make this happen ? Is it possible ?

You'll need to find an English Finder and System and reinstall the OS, I don't think you could just switch them in those days...
