I upgraded to Big Sur. Now I connected from the camera to tranfer some pictures when I saw the connection failed 10 times. I changed something on the screen and I saw the pictures on the screen. Next day, I was tranfering some pictures every time I saw the connection failed again. I thought the battery would be low so I charged the camera but I tried to tranfer them but every time I see the connection failed again. Can anybody help me please?

-Which exact model Mac?
-On the camera, make sure the USB mode is set to PC and not Printer.
-Do you have another USB cable to try?
-Does it mount on the Desktop? Is it intermittent?
