iPhone Very Buggy After Last Update

A couple of weeks ago I updated my iPhone as prompted and since then I find more and more bugs.

(1) I don't always hear a sound when I punch the keypad.
(2) Mail doesn't remember where I last saved email anymore.
(3) iPhone can't find all my contacts on voice command when I ask it to call a contact.
(4) Apps don't work right. When I give a command to show radar it won't bring it up.

Its like everyday I find more and more bugs or changes to the IOS

Specs:
iPhone SE
Software: 13.1.3

I would appreciate any suggestions to fix these issues.

Hello,

I would try updating to iOS 13.2 which was recently released.

See if that helps any of the issues and let us know.
