Somehow my email page shows up off-screen when I open it (by clicking on the email icon). I know it has opened because it shows up on-screen when I bounce the cursor off the corner of the screen (hot corners). When I try to click on the screen it disappears back off-screen. Someone please help me.

Hello and welcome.

-What version of Mac OS X?
-Do you have a second display connected to your Mac?
-Are you using Mission Control/Spaces?
-Can you close the window using Command-W and then reopen it in the correct position?
-Does this only happen in Apple Mail?

Thanks for your reply. I have Mac OS X 10.4.11
I'm not familiar with mission control spaces.
Don't how to close the window using Command-W
This phenomenon only occurs when I open the apple mail page.
It hasn't happened with anything else...yet.

I'll try anything you can suggest. Thanks for your help.

Mac OS X 10.4.11 doesn't have Mission Control/Spaces, so no worries there.

To close a window as I mentioned:
-Click once on the window you are having trouble with to select it
-Press the Command ⌘ key and the W key simultaneously on the keyboard
-The off-screen window should close
-Quit Mail
-Start Mail

Let us know if that corrects the issue.

Can you re-post your reply - all that came through was the quote of your earlier post.
