help! IP address stuck with download

Hi, so... I was trying to download some vids and used rapidshare, at one point during the download I canceled because I no longer needed the files but since that time my mac (old model g4 OSX 10.3.9) has its IP port compromised with this stuck download and cant download anything anymore, the message is that the IP address is busy, is there anyway to eliminate this invisible "stuck" download?
