G4 problem sits at desktop pinwheel

So i loaded 5000 fonts onto my G4 (i think this is the problem) and the next day my mom restarts my computer and now it wont get passed this little pinwheel rolling around and my desktop image in the background. My dock doesn't show up and neither does my files on my desktop. i have 10.3 or something like that.. Any ideas?
