Earlier today, Micromat released V9.6.1 of Tech Tool Pro, and it is compatible with High Sierra:

Even though that link says V9.6, there was a subsequent, "quick" release of V9.6.1.
I have already downloaded it (paid upgrade), and installed it on both of my Macs. But, I am still reluctant to move up to High Sierra. I am going to wait a few days or so and see if there is any more feedback about High Sierra, both here and on Micromat's site.
