Disk Utility error after "Repair Permissions?"

I do a disk utility repair about every two weeks. Machine runs fine. I keep getting the same error repair showing up every time I do a repair, and even if I do a repair twice in a row. Does anyone know how to fix this? It repeats this error over and over? Thanks if anyone has advice.

SYSTEM: MAC OS X 10.5.8 IMAC 2.16GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo
