Calendar App keeps crashing

Hi.
I have an iPad Air with the latest iOS 10.2.
The default Apple Calendar app keeps crashing when I select the month view.
I have the same problem on an older iPad with the same iOS.
Your help is much appreciated

You wouldn't happen to have an Exchange account setup in Mail on them would you?

I have set-up a "hotmail" account in the mail app on one of the iPads. The other doesn't have any. Yet both are problematic.

Summary:
-You have two iPads, one is an iPad Air
-Both running iOS 10.2
-iPad Air has Hotmail account setup, the other has no accounts setup

Questions:
-Are you using iCloud on both iPads?
-Are there a lot of calendar events?
-If using iCloud, do you have a Mac that is also signed in with the same Apple ID? If so, does the calendar app work properly on it?

We'll try and narrow this down.
