Black Bar across screen.

Does anyone know what this black bar is and how to get rid of it? It dictates whats on the page word for word. I do not know where it came from ( probably a kid ) and how to get rid of it! Help!

Hello,

The black bar can be moved around the screen, It's a long skinny rectangle. I tried to send a screen shot but the image is too big. I'm going to do it another way.
Yes, it speaks what is on the screen as audio. There are also weird black outlines in random places in safari.

Thanks for the photo. That is VoiceOver. To turn it off:

Press Command and F5 simultaneously

Apple menu > System Preferences... > Accessibility > VoiceOver > uncheck Enable VoiceOver
