AOL connection problems !!!

Dear Ric,

Thank you for the welcome. Let me recount the problem as best I can.

My wife has Mac laptop and was having difficulty staying connected to AOL.
In attempt to remedy the problem her brother helped her purge everything but her file cabinet.
When she attempted to resume operating her computer she apparently typed in an erroneous password -- twice.
Now, although she can start up her computer she cannot connect with AOL and she cannot access her printer.

Can you provide a solution for this?

first can you tell us what version of AOL is running on her Mac ?

What version of System software is running on that Mac ?

What type (make/model) printer does your Wife have ?
