ill b getting my new IMac soon..and stummbled across this

to me it looked like a good alterative to bootcamp ..well except or the price..i i have some questions though .
would it run much slower, and how would it work /where would it save your files?

I run Boot Camp and Parallels.

Speed is virtually the same between them.

It creates a VM hard disk image in Macintosh HD > Users > yourname > Library > Preferences > Parallels.

It's an excellent alternative to Boot Camp - nice that you don't have to restart to run it.
