Have you done a full restart?
If so it may be a hardware fault and need a visit to an AppleCare Service Centre near you.

Looks like a trip to an AppleCare Service Centre, hope it's not the logicboard.:(

Hi,

I agree with Kaveman as once in system preferences > sound > output you should see internal speakers under the Name heading and build -in under type. And from your vid you have no device listings. Even under input you should see the internal microphone listed.:(

Why not try zapping the PRAM.

Command + Opt + P+ R at reboot.

Let it chime 4 times, then release the keys.
