Hi guys,
I have searched forums high and low to try and find a solution to my problem.
I now understand that the restart message I'm receiving when starting up my Macbook is a Kernel Panic message however my story is a bit different.
Most people posting about receiving this message say they were installing something etc however I was just on the internet then lines formed across my page and the computer froze and shut off... I have tried all the restart options holding down command, option, p and r. And have also tried holing down option when starting up but nothing worked.

please please please please help.

Thank you in advance.
