Hi, I have iPad Air (3rd gen). Recently it won’t open using the home button (for fingerprint). I have to press top button (not sure of name) sometimes multiple times to open it. Sometimes it takes a day of now n again trying to get it to start. The button works fine once I’m in. Thank you and apologies for my lack of tech knowledge.
