Connected but can't access Internet

I have recently moved. Previous to this everything was working just fine.

Now, I am having problems wirelessly accessing the internet with my ibook G4 (os 10.3.9). I found the network. Put in the password. Airport says I am connected. The connection window shows a strong connection... but I cannot actually connect to the internet.

Any ideas before I drive my roommate crazy by having to use their computer all the time?
