Hello and welcome.

-What version of OS X on your Mac?
-Is this an Airport Extreme Base Station with a USB hard drive attached or an actual Time Capsule with internal hard drive?
-Have you tried connecting your Mac directly to one of the AirPort Extreme's Ethernet LAN posts - speed should be much faster than via Wi-Fi.

so,
correction,
Yosemite.

and, if i connect direct, is more slower actually...

i think i have 2 partitions.
one is form TimeMachine,
and other where i have some pictures etc.
and access to that partition is tooo slow.....
copying folder with 6 files, start with preparing to copy...
take about few minuts, and then, and than, fail...."The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “MyData” can’t be found."
