Audio Midi Settings keep resetting immediately after change

Whenever I change the Midi settings it switches back immediately, I've tried resetting nvram and nothing worked, at 96,000hz it stops playing sounds through my speakers, any help would be appreciative

M1 Mac mini with Ventura. With powered USB C hub and 10G ethernet Adapter. Mac HDMI is connected to Lyngdorf ÂP60 2.1 AV processor HDMI out. MP60 has 16 XLR outs to speakers. Earlier, Mac HDMI was connected to HDMI In on MP60 2.1 but MP60 was a no show in Audio Midi setup. MP60 finally did show in Audio Midi Setup when USB was connected as two channel but no speakers work in speaker configuration test. Mac mini speaker test is the only sound. I need to configure a 7.1 setup and test all speakers.
