Word 2019

Hi, I have MS Word 2019 downloaded from the store. Suddenly, today I cannot use the folders. I have been locked out of Word and also Excel. Is there a fix, please?

Yu will need to upgrade to office 2021 or later. This may alo require upgrading your OS to support the newer version.
