Will migrating from a local account to a domain account cause problems?

I have a new iMac that is currently on our domain and is going to be used to replace an employee's old Mac. Her old setup by a local account.

If we use Migration Assistant, will that cause problems between a local account to a domain account? If so, I will most likely have to manual transfer data over.
